It was quick and simple. Though not required for me I am sure if there were any issues or questions that require advice or confirmation picking up the phone would resolve this. All the documents were clear and easy to understand, but like above you know there will be an expert to advise. I have not made a claim, and I hope I won't need too, but I am confident they would take charge to guide you through the what is required.
