The on-line experience was good, but trying to renew a policy over the phone was really NOT very good at all!.
Your staff claim that someone will call back but this is very hit and miss and not convenient.
And that is after hanging on the phone for an adviser for ages.
I found it easier to just start from scratch on-line, so am probably NOT getting the best deal But need to sort the insurance NOW!. At least proving my no claims should be easy as you have all the details on last years policy.
