If there was an option of 0 stars that's what I would give them. They are absolutely useless. I'm sure they make up their own crap then pass it onto you so that they can up your policy with extra costs. Talk to them on the phone and they are bloody useless as nothing gets dealt with. Bug you with emails and texts just a couple of days after starting up.
Would never in a million years use these again or recommend them ever.
Look at the reviews. They never answer a bad one which proves enough in itself
