I found autonet using a search engine for my car insurance. I had an internal server error when making the payment. I called next day to see if the insurance application has been received and the customer service agent advised this has not gone through.
The customer service agent advised she could do book it for me, which I agreed. The cost raised £15 more, customer service agent fees... Was no.t expecting that..
