Resent being asked to pay another £15 to buy insurance over the phone. Did it on the internet only to be asked for documents, driving licence etc. Never been asked for these before. Still can't access my policy details. I've registered with my email address and password which has been accepted but haven't received an email to confirm this so can't activate my account. Was phoned and given a hard sell to get me to buy legal cover, not acceptable! All in all it's been a big pain.
