I used quotezone to select Autonet Protect Plus. I was very pleased how effortless my online application executed. When I printed my Policy Schedule I spotted a couple of errors made by transferring details. I phoned and the errors were corrected and I was "Allowed" the £17.00 normally charged for such corrections. Unfortunately, I did not carefully check the document again only to find I really ended up with cover that I had not selected in first place. Suddenly, No mentioning of Plus Protect; No courtesy car; No Pers. Acc.; I'd even become a smoker. Shame !!! I was originally really impressed thinking - now there's for once an organisation that got it right and ought to be applauded. Are they just a number of oversights, a web site that does not connect properly or is it something more sinister? It did not make me happy - although the potential is there.
