Not impressed so far. As a new customer I completed all the necessary details correctly. on line. Autonet made a mistake and "corrected" wrongly what was right in the 1st place.
I then had to telephone to say Autonet had made a mistake by changing my details. The Autonet employee then made another mistake and argued with me as to when I passed my driving test...I should know and it is clearly stated on my driving licence AND it was years and years ago so made no difference. It was eventually agreed that he and Autonet were wrong, and had to be prompted to say sorry. Not a good start.
