They charged me an additional £20 for non-disclosure of 'an incident' although it was not a claim and nor was it my fault.
The other driver ran into me and paid me cash.
When I rang to complain, I was pleasant and polite yet the woman I spoke to was condescending and rude!
AVOID!!!
