After taking out a policy with Autonet online, my policy was adjusted with additional charges? I called to cancel the policy within 14 days - I was informed to pay cancellation charges for their admin and underwriters as I was out with 14 days. After a lengthy discussion, we realised I was within 14 days of the policy! Then, they claimed I would be due cancellation charges anyway! Why it was it explained to me costs incur over 14 days in the first place is beyond me. To reach this stage of the discussion took me 45 min on the telephone. No manager would take over the phone call to discuss the matter throughout 41 min.
Stay away, their customer number is terrible and takes 30 - 40 min per call
