I wouldn't say that they made me happy at all. Renewing any sort of insurance is a nightmare to me in that it seems impossible to compare companies in a like to like manner. It would be really helpful if it were possible to state the components of the insurance that one wishes to obtain e.g. protection of passengers in the event of an incident, how much personal accident one is insured for.
