This was the first time I'd used a 'webchat' service for my car insurance and the first attempt wasn't great as it timed out on me when I was called away from my desk for what seemed only a short time.
However, I tried again and connected with a girl called Elizabeth Bennett whom was very helpful and made the experience very easy and it was all done quickly and hassle free.
I will be recommending Autonet and Elizabeth to my colleagues and friends looking for commercial vehicle insurance.
