Excellent value, exactly the cover I wanted. However, when renewal time came I phoned to enquire new premium ~ cover details etc, and was told I had renewed automatically. As it happens that was fine, and cover was continuous and as required. I then received a renewal letter some 4 days later, followed by new documents etc a couple of days later. Just a bit back to front?
