So far so good. I've made a couple of calls to discuss certain things. There is an online chat, but I'm afraid I prefer to talk to someone properly. The issues I raised were dealt with swiftly and diligently.
I have to say though the price quoted through online comparison site rose about 40 odds pounds though which I thought was unfair. I bought at the first price, not the hike afterwards.
