2nd year with autonet for my van insurance. I felt I had to stay with them as I currently have an on going claim in place for an accident I was involved in in February 2018 where 2 other parties involved are still trying to avoid responsibility. Due to this my premium has doubled and my no claims has disappeared. However once this is resolved I have been told I will receive my no claims back and a refund of some of my renewal premium.
Not happy but I think I am in a corner at the moment.
