The reason I chose autonet was because it came up as the lowest in my search.i was disappointed with the fact that my premium gone up as I didn't declare a claim that happened in the past. I was at a non-fault and didn't even remember the date so I couldn't declare it but not much I could do. I will give credit to online chat agents as in two occasions they have been quite helpful. Can't say much else simply because I never had to make a claim .
