Was offered a quote based on information that I was asked for (NCB on other vehicle, being a motorbike) via comparison website. After paying premium was told that motorbike was unacceptable & that I would need to pay 25% more to keep insurance, or pay a cancellation fee.
Several telephone calls later, much frustration and repeated automated emails from Autonet telling me I had not submitted the correct documentation, eventually led to an apology & me being told that my premium would not be affected after all.
Low review is due to the amount of time & energy that I had to spend getting the situation rectified.
