I tried to renew our house/building insurance on-line as they were offering a £5 discount. Unfortunately there was a problem with the website but when I rang, the phone was answered promptly ------ no 30 minutes of listening to horrendous music I am pleased to say ---- the member of staff was courteous and helpful and gave me the £5 discount. A fair price and excellent customer service.
