I have been very impressed by the response of Autonet to my initial enquiry re car insurance. The whole process was handled quickly, efficiently and with courtesy. I was kept informed, my papers arrived online as requested and I did not have to deal with endless questions. On the one occasion I have had to call for assistance the response was immediate and I was kept fully informed of progress via text messages. The matter was dealt with quickly. All in all I have found the company very easy to deal with and am very pleased to be insured with them.
