On the whole I am happy with the policy and the way your staff handled my renewal. However, I do have one serious gripe, and this applies to all insurance companies I have dealt with over the years, not only yourselves.
Why do you always quote a ridiculously high renewal premium which you then reduce by 25% on a strength of one phone call? How much do you make each year from those who are unaware of this? More relevant to yourselves, how much business do you lose each year from those who look at the renewal offer, and immediately go elsewhere. It would be great if you could offer a sensible figure in the first place
