Exorbitant charges to move home, I was quoted £200 extra (+70%!!!) to move to a quieter and safer area and off road too. I decided to cancel and they charged me £70 for the pleasure. Dreadful customer service, I was cut off deliberately and they never bothered calling me back. After all that it was significantly cheaper to cancel and go with someone else. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
