Push sales people who talk very quickly to distract from the fact they have added on extras that you didn't ask for. They cancelled my policy after saying they hadn't received my driving licence (which they hadn't asked for) and charged a £96 cancellation fee. I finally cancelled the policy after lots of letters which said I urgently needed to take action to pay the £0.00 I owed them?! They charged me £190 to cancel. Payments were also more than agreed when taking out the policy and seemed to vary from month to month. Avoid this company, I dread to think what problems you would have if it came to making a claim.
