I had occasion to revise the policy when I had to renew it and the staff members I spoke to over the phone were very friendly and helpful. No mad rush to go through the various bits and pieces - they took it at my pace.
In a time when it is rare to get a human being to speak to, it was a pleasant change. A 5 star service.
