In one word, INCOMPETENT. It appears that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Despite providing requested information promptly I was bombarded with e-mails, SMS messages and letters demanding the same information again combined with the threat that they were going to cancel the policy.
Needless to say, at renewal time next year I will place my business elsewhere. I really cannot recommend that you avoid this incompetent shower enough. They are truly awful.
