been with autonet for 2 years so far my named driver had an accident which was not his fault phoned autonet had a new hire van within 2 days delivered claim paid out within 3 months was extremely happy with there service just added a new named driver and only an admin fee of 35 pounds very happy with that, customer service was extremely professional what more could i ask so why are you all unhappy im not. had a quote from direct line for a new driver just passed test age 25 they wouldnt insure the driver had a full refund from them fair play. I shopped around and found autonet insurance, had a quote from them with the new just passed driver added and was the same price as direct line before i added a new driver fully comp for 500 pounds happy days just added a new drive again and same price only admin fee cant see why you all have negative feed back for a company who has helped me from day one you bad people by the way i am a vauxhall vivaro white van driver and love my van 5 star in my book autonet *****
