It must be recognized that a company with many employees dealing with detailed electronic equipment sometimes makes mistakes.
And the best thing to do is have patience and deal rationally.
I bought this Pumpkin head unit for my car, due to a recommendation from a neighbor, and unfortunately was missing a cable. But they responded promptly to my email and were very attentive to solving my problem.
They sent me the cable by mail, I already installed the device in my car and it is working perfectly.
I am very satisfied.
