I bought a bluetooth unit for my car in December 2023. It worked fine until May when it just cut out.
I have e-mailed pumpkin on numerous occasions to return the faulty unit but to no avail. They won't even send me a return address.
I have now had to contact my local trading standards to try and get a refund or new unit.
I would have to say the customer service from this company is appalling. I understand that things may break from time to time but I only wanted mine repaired , a new unit or a refund. This company won't assist at all, stay clear would be my advice.”
“Great radio. Fast and responsive, just a little slow on startup. Have to buy a separate dongle for CarPlay to work and it's incredibly fast when you plug your phone in. I will never buy a single DIN head unit again - This double DIN head unit touchscreen is responsive and easy to use. I am so happy that I have a large touchscreen radio in my truck!”
“It must be recognized that a company with many employees dealing with detailed electronic equipment sometimes makes mistakes.
And the best thing to do is have patience and deal rationally.
I bought this Pumpkin head unit for my car, due to a recommendation from a neighbor, and unfortunately was missing a cable. But they responded promptly to my email and were very attentive to solving my problem.
They sent me the cable by mail, I already installed the device in my car and it is working perfectly.
I am very satisfied.

“I own two Pumpkin models, I first purchased the Pumpkin head unit in December of 2017. I loved the features and speed of this unit so much. Almost a must-have compared to other less functional built-in units. You can also run the android auto emulator on it.
In my opinion, the Chinese Android Head Units are all pretty solid, but there are a couple of features the AutoPumpkin that set it apart for me.”
