Recently bought a bmw from hpl in Preston, we dealt with Paul and the experience was great. He was very professional and welcoming which made me alot more at ease, he made sure every box was ticked and I had everything needed. When we came to take the car away we opened the boot and the shelf parcel strings had snapped, Paul said il get some ordered and get them straight in the post to you.
