“EURO Motor co Thurcroft Rotherham s66 9ja sold my son a van which broke down after the first week the van went back 4 times for the same fault and still not repaired my son lost time at work stranded in crew couldn't get home my son rejected the van because it was in the warranty when it broke down they wanted to give £2000 less than he paid which was £10,800+£2000 vat they would not honour their warranty they've told lie after lie I wouldn't recommend this garage to my worst enemy they shouldn't be allowed to trade John Bakunowicz”

“we used a cars sales company in Burton On Trent through auto trader, took straight back whren drove off forecourt as wasn't right, told it was because we wasn't used to the car, rang them after a few days as still not right 2 mechanics said it was enjoy but the garage wouldn't accept this, we asked for refund as not had the car a week, after the owner not being very friendly and looking down on me got the impression its becuse i was female as he called me Mrs all the time, he backe ddown when I said we'd contacted the obusman and gave a full refund.”

“Bought a car of them, thinking they had a reputable business only to get scammed by the seller. I was told that Autotrader should be able to help me as they hace a duty of care. Tried to contact them thinking they could be of help but all I got was we will try to contact the seller to get in touch with you to sort it out. We were promised a perfectly working cat and all we got was a box with everything needing replacing. Save yourself the stress and but a car elsewhere. These guys won't do anything if you are scammed by a seller they did checks on.”

“Recently bought a bmw from hpl in… Recently bought a bmw from hpl in Preston, we dealt with Paul and the experience was great. He was very professional and welcoming which made me alot more at ease, he made sure every box was ticked and I had everything needed. When we came to take the car away we opened the boot and the shelf parcel strings had snapped, Paul said il get some ordered and get them straight in the post to you. Thanks Paul!”

“Autotrader are brilliant at allowing you to firstly, identify a particular model of a car that you are looking for, and secondly, enabling you to reduce some 8500 cars nationally using the options for year, mileage, location etc., to find the one that you want. As a result I purchased a car from Carsa in Southampton who proved themselves to be a helpful and honest organisation to do business with.”

“❗️❗️❗️I brought a faulty car from a dealer on auto trader based on their reviews for this dealer, now the dealer refuses to solve the problems, I tried to review my experience about this dealer but was impossible, autotrader hasn’t posted my reviews, I ask for o copy of that car advert but they didn’t send nothing, conclusion is AUTOTRADER is scammer’s friend, they protect scammers, now I’m in court about this issue but AUTOTRADER don’t act 🔴🔴🔴”

“Bought from a private seller who withheld information that the car had been bought from a salvage auction and was CAT U. When I then went to sell it on this was uncovered by history checks and meant that my car was worth 25% of the figure I paid for it. Autotrader do not do checks for CAT U and will not ban the private seller, only 'monitor'. The seller will not pay the difference and my only option now is to move on or go to court. Do not buy from a private seller on this site.”

“wish i had seen the reviews when i brought my car but a very expensive lesson learnt!! Cars description was wrong which should of been a red flag but due to desperation and everything else on offer in other sales places seeming over budget or not suitable i went with this one, in 9 months this car has cost me over 2k and is currently a death trap within a week the back windows and heating stopped, then speaker went, since then numerous other bits have gone wrong. Took out extended warranty which was complete waste of time was given no paper work for it sales people ( if you can call them that) didnt want to know just told me to call and the warranty company will find the info which of course at the point my car was basically undriveable they expected me to get the car taken to the a garage over 16miles away at my cost as no other garage closer will deal with them as a company. If you want a decent car stay well clear over 5k and basically left with a useless pile of metal that continuously needs work!!!”

“11FG limited is an awful car sales place. I bought a car in January and paid to have an extra key for £200 and the key broke after a few months. It doesn’t work. They also refuse to fix it or acknowledge and put phone down. The car I bought for £6000 was also faulty and is now costing lots to fix it. Do not trust 11FG Limited. Disgusting people and they will go bankrupt soon anyway.”
