“Until recently. I would have given Autotrader 5 stars for its layout and ease of use....... that was until..... the new format when your search for "more options". The old system was brilliant, simple so quick to use. The new one is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL ( IN A ONE VERTICAL LINE DOWN NO BOXES /PICS TO TICK AT TOP OF PAGE. WHAT ON EARTH MADE YOU THINK THIS WAS BETTER ? I hate it, horrible to use. If this is permanent , Ill find another site and I suspect so will many many others.”

“Generally I like Autotrader and it is probably the best site for used cars in the UK.Recently I left negative feedback on a dealer (Dynamic Performance Cars in Birmingham ) due to lack of communication.The review was approved and published and then....disappeared.So how realistic/worthwhile are their reviews if they are doctored in this way?”

“Autotrader in bed with the dodgy cowboys BD Trade Sale Ltd from Walthamstow as featured on BBC's The Sheriffs Are Coming. If this is the type of dealer that Autotrader works with then how can anyone trust Autotrader either? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/services/car-dealers/uk/london/waltham-forest/walthamstow/bd-trade-sales-ltd-walthamstow-dpp-825301 They sold a dodgy car to a person and then failed to refund him when it broke down.
