From the very 1st phone call all the stress of my claim was taken off my shoulders.
The staff are polite, professional and reassuring when dealing with you and nothing is to much.
The forms and paperwork side are user friendly and easy to Navigate and aren't time consuming.
I recieved a fantastic courtesy car Jaguar e-pace which was a shock actually but was lovely to use and car was immaculate.
Overall a great service and one i recommend very highly.
