“I am insured with Admiral who offered me the opportunity to appoint Auxillis which I agreed after a driver ran into the rear of my car. I called them and they arranged a repair date with their chosen contractor which was six weeks, they also agreed a courtesy car which was to be the same or similar size. When I arrived at the repair centre I was given a small car and not the large MPV 7 sweater I own, I returned home and called them to which they in turn said they would email the car hire firm - as of yet I’ve heard nothing. I would never use them again or advise others to appoint either.”

“A warning to all Did not use this company if you are going through your car insurance because they charge you the same excess on your car policy but if you're book me as a private higher than they will offer it to you End of the day it's your choice but avoid”

“I am still with Auxillis . On June 10th I had a rear shunt in my Renault Van which is used for WindFoiling which needs a big space to put all my Kit . Well up to date I have NOT had a replacment van . Today I see a msg from the repair shop that it will not be done till the 30 of this month .There reason for NOT letting me have a rental van is because it would be un-fair to the other insurer to pay for a rental van that might not be used every day - [ Note van only needs to be used when Tide and wind is correct .] So in total I will not have use until its returned on the 30th July . Sorry but I think this is really out of order . My Life is on hold till the 30th .”
