Auxillis initially Efficient yes but the repair garage missed part of the documented and necessary repair. Getting Auxillis back on the phone to help was very difficult and we ended up waiting over 6 weeks for full repair from initial damage. The repair garage, Fastrac, had to be chased up several times to complete the full repair which should all have been done the first time in one go.

Was told courtesy car would be with us in the morning of date that my car would be taken for repair,car was picked up 8/30am,waited till 12 noon ,phoned the car hire firm was told they new nothing about it and they did not have a car for us and was unlikely i would get one today,as i had a hospital appointment 8/30 the next day for a major opp, there was a heated exchange for about 10 mins,and he still said it was unlikely i would get my car today.Decided to phone your office and explain the situation,on the plus side the lady i spoke to understood the situation and hire car turned up late afternoon, very stressful day for me.Auxillis was good, car hire firm was bad.

My car was badly damaged in a no-fault accident. Admiral recommended Auxillis. The hire car was quick to arrive and is like for like (and some). When my car was written off, this is when the service started to slip. Better processes need to be adopted. The insured not at fault should not be expected to chase the third party (and the scrap yard) directly for payment for the written off vehicle. This is a service that should be provided either by Auxillis or Admiral (as the fully comp insurer)

Very happy with service. Car was delivered on time and driver very friendly and courteous. Picked up on time with no problems. Spoke to lady on the phone who was very helpful and accommodating. Certainly my experience with Auxillis was positive.

Our car was written off, as a member of the public hit our stationary car in a supermarket car park, he came in to customers service desk admitted liability and left all his details, we went through our insurer's and Auxillis dropped us off a car. A year later Auxillis are demanding £3300 of us because the 3rd party and his insurers will not respond back to Auxillis. We had the car for 3 weeks. It was not our fault and demanding this money is disgusting

Hire car given was in bad shape, what I thought would be a stress free Was quite the opposite. My car has come back from the repair shop more damaged than it went in! Happy to charge me £60 Incase of any damages to hire car but when mine comes back damaged different story. Currently awaiting for auxillis to sort this out

The repair service was excellent but the loan vehicle was not cleaned and they charged me 60 when they picked it up without an explanation and the car had the same fuel in as left and was much cleaner

Very good service the car was delivered on time and people were very friendly and the car was taken back on time I would recommend the company to my family and friends
