I am still with Auxillis . On June 10th I had a rear shunt in my Renault Van which is used for WindFoiling which needs a big space to put all my Kit . Well up to date I have NOT had a replacment van . Today I see a msg from the repair shop that it will not be done till the 30 of this month .There reason for NOT letting me have a rental van is because it would be un-fair to the other insurer to pay for a rental van that might not be used every day - [ Note van only needs to be used when Tide and wind is correct .] So in total I will not have use until its returned on the 30th July . Sorry but I think this is really out of order . My Life is on hold till the 30th .
