Encouraged to use Auxillis by admiral.
Dreadful experience.
First representative dropped the call and then didn’t call back.
Called Auxillis - on hold for over 15 mins.
Called Admiral who put me back through.
Told they couldn’t help as I didn’t have a claim reference number from first call (which they ended!!).
Now back with Admiral.
If given option, avoid this company at all costs.
