They provided me with car replacement vehicle (hire/courtesy car) and they delivered and picked up on time and the process was very smooth. Just that the customer service needs to be well informed on the days the car can be used based on different scenarios. At the moment, they just say upto a maximum of 28 days but the contract can say different conditions based on different scenarios.
