If there was a minus star option, I would click it, the incompetence of this company is unbelievable. If your insurance company propose they pass your incident file to Auxillis... REFUSE and insist the insurance company deal with your file!
Delay after delay, failure after failure, we have had to do the chasing as their communications are abysmal. The only thing they got right was the courtesy car, everything else has been a failure!
