Absolutley no service. These are the worst. Not even our insurers Direct Line with whom they have the contract for supply could get them to do their job.
No car supplied, lots of failed promises from Auxilis. After nearly 3 weeks my car returns tomorrow having been repaired, thankfully I was able to source the use of another car if I had not been able to then Auxilis would have really left me in a hole.
