The staff were very efficient in contacting me to arrange the initial paperwork and at every point after that. They were incredibly friendly on the phone, which made the situation (post accident) so much easier. The delivery and collection was quick and problem free and I was notified when the drivers were close, so that I didn't need to wait in for them beforehand.
