Bad customer service. Told I need to draw a sketch of the incident despite having photos, then told I don't need to and now two weeks later (after chasing my chq twice in between) I'm told I do need to do a sketch and staff rather rude about me not doing it sooner too....and then one final change of mind and they have now accepted photographs. I don't know what they've been doing for the last two weeks, but it hasn't been trying to resolve my claim efficiently that's for sure.
