All went smoothly with repair and courtesy car apart from courtesy car looking pretty grubby inside. It was only 6 months old but didnt look well cared for and I cleaned it with wipes before I sat in it. In these Covid days that was a little off putting. Also had to justify why I should have a car of similar quality to mine. Otherwise fine.
