I have had call after call after call stating my courtesy car is to be collected.
The staff are so rude and have no bedside manor in any shape of form.
They couldn’t wait for me to agree to use their service and i wish i hadn’t
I will be advising my insurance of my experience using this company.
I have asked them to collect my hire vehicle immediately and have hired a replacement car from another company.
Your staff are doing you no favours.
Please can a member of management contact me as soon as possible as i am so unhappy.
