The gals in the customer service dept. were very understanding and showed a professional and warm response to our requests for this special order. They also kept us informed as to the progress of the order and let us know when there were changes and delays. I believe that they went out of their way to efficiently fulfill our needs and time restraints. We would definitely recommend Avalanche Ranch to anyone who asks where we got this beautiful pool table light!
