I had ordered a watch for Father’s Day, but it didn’t keep time and the clasp kept opening. I reached out to customer service and they went above and beyond to get a replacement sent out, even including extras in the replacement shipment, which processed and shipped very quickly. I’m very impressed with their service and communication.
