“Customer service is severely lacking. They did not engrave the watch as requested and it took several attempts to hear back from them. First email took several days to receive a reply. They said I did not request engraving with the order and they'd engrave it "for free" if i paid for shipping and handling back and forth. My second watch from them, I figured out how to submit engraving the first time but evidently was struck too dumb to figure it out this next time. I replied with additional questions and got no reply for a few days so I sent a follow up email. A couple days later they finally responded but by then it was too late, having gifted the watch as a birthday present. The watch itself is nice and arrived in good shape. Their lack of concern and sense of urgency for a repeat customer drives this review.”
