“Customer service is severely lacking. They did not engrave the watch as requested and it took several attempts to hear back from them. First email took several days to receive a reply. They said I did not request engraving with the order and they'd engrave it "for free" if i paid for shipping and handling back and forth. My second watch from them, I figured out how to submit engraving the first time but evidently was struck too dumb to figure it out this next time. I replied with additional questions and got no reply for a few days so I sent a follow up email. A couple days later they finally responded but by then it was too late, having gifted the watch as a birthday present. The watch itself is nice and arrived in good shape. Their lack of concern and sense of urgency for a repeat customer drives this review.”
“I bought 2 watches the first time. During the process you have an option to tip the engravers. I did. I received my watches on time. When I saw the quality of the 2 watches I bought for my sons. I bought 1 for myself. I didn’t tip for engraving this time. I received a email days later saying I did not pay for the engraving. I paid. I have not received the watch as of a month ago.”
“Im having to take it to a jeweler becase the clasp keep popping open. Hopefully its just a matter if tightening it. My husband wasn’t able to wear it a full day. :/ The watch is beautiful but this really sucks.”

Con - band fastener seems unlikely to last very long. Hands of the dial appear to be loose when adjusting the time settings.”
