“The estimated arrival dates are way off. I paid for expedited shipping and the watch didn't even ship until the original delivery date, then took another week to deliver. No communication on it. Also, you have to download an app to track the package, but the app just says "awaiting info" until the day of delivery. The watch is wonderful, exactly what I hoped it would be, but the service sucked.”
“The look of the watch was largely nice other than some small imperfections/remnants of what appeared to be paint around the face. However, for a company pushing its high quality of materials, my watch lasted not much longer than a month and there are no warranties. It’s a nice budget watch that will last and perform as well as a budget watch. Which ain’t long.”
