“As someone who purchases items online frequently, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.
We bought a watch for my fiance and our wedding hoping to get one for our big day. Unfortuntly the watch didn't fit properly so we were in hopes of returning. We were informed that becasuse we got the watch on a discount (Which was a company wide promo given to us on the website) that we were unable to return the item and get our money back. We were just looking for our money back and a return with no luck from Avantwood. We were only given the option for an exchange but we would need to pay for shipping, as well as the difference in the watch. This will without a doubt be our last time working with them.
With that being said, the watch is beautiful and would be great for someone with the right sized wrist.”

Ordered a Black Timeless Classic Face from AVANTWOOD. When I received it, the watch face was misprinted. Per the companies refund and return policy - I reached out first to negotiate a return. It took DAYS for the company to respond - I sent the non-custom watch back using the return address they specified using USPS and paying for shipping (even though their policy states that they would pay for shipping for any defective watches). When they did respond, I was informed that I had sent the watch to the wrong address - which was the exact address they had on their website in their return policy to send returns - and they would not be able to find or refund the watch. When I have attempted to continue dialogue - they have ghosted me. Choose a different company to purchase a watch.”
We normally reply to all our emails within 24 hours. However many of our staff called out due to illness during his inquiry. We apologized for the delay and provided the return address so we can process a refund for the customer however the customer sent the product to a previous address which have all been updated on our website.
We have also offered the customer a full replacement due to the defect.

“The Avantwood customer service is terrible. I needed to cancel an item because my dad had already bought the same gift for my mom for Christmas. So I needed to try to cancel it before they shipped it out. However, the ONLY way to cancel an order is to email their support system and they claim they will get back to you within 24 hours. After that 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee. I've emailed them each day and It's been about 4 days and I still have heard nothing! So they basically took my money that I never needed to spend. They need to create a cancel option online instead of trying to rely on them to respond to you. I'm very disappointed with this company. They are thieves. So if you decide to buy from this company just pray you don't make a mistake I guess.”

“When I purchased the back I asked for a lighter one because it’s too dark and the font was too small to read. I was told the lighter backs only come with the metal watches but I found out that’s not true. I could have gotten a lighter back with black inscription.”
