“Love the watch, it'sbeautiful and has been great for the past 1 1/2 years. aApiece broke and I need it fixed. Ihave tried live chat and emails and have not beenable to arrange for repair in two days. There is NO customer service number. I am not asking for warranty coverage, just to arrange a repair. Terrible customer service, actually there is no customer service.

“When I purchased the back I asked for a lighter one because it’s too dark and the font was too small to read. I was told the lighter backs only come with the metal watches but I found out that’s not true. I could have gotten a lighter back with black inscription.”
