Absolutely awful service. I ordered a very simple dozen red roses and paid a non-competitive price for it to be delivered "same day". The order never arrived and it was impossible to cancel the order, much less get a live person on the phone. I needed it today because we are going to be gone for the next two days and no one will be here to receive the order. Please refund me for the failed delivery. I will just order from my local florist next time.
