“What a terrible service! Never delivered Mother’s Day flowers to my 77 year old sick mother and then gaslit me for 2 days saying that they confirmed that the flowers were already delivered! Finally after 2 days, they admitted to an issue that cause a problem with delivery, but ‘rest assured’ they would deliver them as quickly as possible. (Nevermind Mother’s Day was already well over) Now, after a half dozen calls and even more emails, I am told that unfortunately they couldn’t deliver the order and would be happy to refund my order. Seriously?! How does a company survive in today’s world - especially in this kind of business - with zero ethics and not just lying to customer, but basically calling them liars! Should have read even a single review and I would have not done business in the first place. Nevermind a ‘Free Delivery’ coupon, but adding a ‘convenience’ fee of $29.99 when I was on the last page of checkout and writing a long card. Ugh. Plenty off opportunity in the flower business if a scam like this can stay in business.”

“Absolutely awful service. I ordered a very simple dozen red roses and paid a non-competitive price for it to be delivered "same day". The order never arrived and it was impossible to cancel the order, much less get a live person on the phone. I needed it today because we are going to be gone for the next two days and no one will be here to receive the order. Please refund me for the failed delivery. I will just order from my local florist next time.”

“No flowers delivered as ordered. No way to contact the company and their phone system is designed to no allow you to leave a message. Straight scam. I had to stop payment on a $90.00 order. Stay away from Avas flowers”
